How to prepare:
1.) Cut the beef thin / according to taste. Set aside.
2.) Stir fry the spices together lemongrass, bay leaf and ginger until fragrant.
3.) Put meat and stir well. Put the coconut water / plain water, tamarind water and salt to taste. Mix well. Cook with medium heat to allow the flavors to infuse. While stirring occasionally toss to evenly cooked meat.
4.) If the SDH meat is tender, shredded coconut input. Stir continuously until the desiccated coconut and brownish yellow.
